Motion Graphics Triggers

The four default supported motion graphics triggers are shown below. Each of these can trigger unique compositions, with unique timing (start offset, duration, etc.). Compositions can also be “chained” together to provide rich animation sequences.

Program Start

These compositions are triggered and displayed soon after the start of a new program. The delay before they start can be customized. This is a good space to promote upcoming events or specials, sponsors, or other important information.

5-30 seconds

Program End

These compositions are triggered and displayed shortly before the program finishes. This is a great place to put upcoming programming to keep users in their seats.

Ad Start

These compositions are triggered and displayed before ad breaks. It is a good place to promote events or specials, as well as upcoming programming for the next few hours, populated by dynamic metadata.

Ad End

These compositions are triggered and displayed soon after returning from an ad break. The delay before they start can be customized. This placement is ideal for a "You're Watching" element, or otherwise promoting something about your channel.
