Schedule Keyboard Shortcuts

While editing the Schedule, there are several keyboard shortcuts that can be used to make editing simpler.

Selection

Left Click

Select a program.

Editing

Left Click + Drag selected program

Moves a program where your cursor is when unclicking. If the cursor is close to the start or end of another program, a light blue highlight will appear at the edge of it, indicating start/end times will have no gaps.

Special Actions

Right Click

Allows selection of a variety of advanced actions, including adding programming on empty spaces.

Selection

Shift + Click while having a program selected

Selects all videos between the selected one and where the cursor clicked. This can be done across multiple weeks, for bulk copying and deleting.

Additionally, you can click on a day or hour to highlight an entire selection that intersects in that week. This can be combined while using shift click.

Editing

Command + C (Mac)

Ctrl + C (Windows)

Copy selected programming.

Editing

Command + X (Mac)

Ctrl + X (Windows

Cut selected programming from schedule.

Editing

Del

Delete selected programming

Editing

Command + V (Mac)

Ctrl + V (Windows)

Paste programming that has been cut/copied.

Editing

Command + Z (Mac)

Ctrl + Z (Windows

Undo last action. Can be used infinitely.

Editing

Shift + Command + Z (Mac)

Shift + Windows + Z (Windows)

Redo and undone action.
